Halal Investment Bangladesh (HALAL INVESTMENT BD) is the owner and operator of this website. (Halal Biniyog Pvt. Ltd. will assume full responsibility for all operations of Halal Investment Bangladesh.)
2. Eligibility
To participate in any investment plan, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable under applicable laws.
Participation in illegal or unethical activities is strictly prohibited.
3. Account & Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information on the “Apply for Investment” or account registration page (including personal details, investment duration, amount, and number of shares).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. The platform is not liable for any unauthorized activity under your account.
4. Shariah Compliance
All investment plans are strictly Shariah-compliant, such as Mudaraba (profit–loss sharing).
Your investment will not be used in any prohibited sectors involving Riba (interest), Gharar (excessive uncertainty), or Haram (forbidden) activities.
A qualified Shariah Advisory Board reviews and approves each business strategy and investment plan.
5. Investment Plans & Use of Funds
Based on the selected investment plan, you agree to commit funds for a fixed term (minimum 1 year for Mudaraba fixed investment Plan 1 & Plan 2.)
Halal Investment Bangladesh provides
1. Mudaraba fixed investment Plan 1 & Plan 2.
2. Murabaha short term (six months) & long term (twelve months) investment.
3. Musharaka short & long term.
Invested funds are used exclusively in the following Shariah-approved businesses:
- MM Trading Centre (Import–Export operations)
- Farmiaan Dairy & Consumer Food Products Co.
- Osonkho.com (E-commerce platform)
6. Profit Distribution & Fees
Profits and losses are shared based on the Mudaraba contract, with the profit-sharing ratio stated in your agreement.
Profit is distributed according to the defined schedule after the investment term.
Any applicable platform fees, if not specifically stated here, will be governed by separate service terms or official notices.
7. Withdrawals & Refunds
Early withdrawal of investment is subject to the platform’s Refund & Return Policy.
Any applicable conditions, penalties, or required approvals are detailed within the Terms & Conditions of the selected investment plan.
8. Liability & DisclaimersHalal Investment Bangladesh does not guarantee fixed or assured returns; all investments involve a certain level of risk.
While the company is committed to operating under Islamic ethics and Shariah principles, it is not liable for risks associated with market fluctuations, legal changes, or administrative actions.
Service features and information may change over time without prior notice.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the website—including text, graphics, logos, and multimedia—is the property of the company or its authorized entities.
No content may be reused, copied, or redistributed without written permission.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal data will only be used for investment processing, reporting, or legal compliance purposes.
Cookies and analytics tools may be used to monitor website traffic and improve user experience.
11. Amendments

In case of any dispute, both parties should attempt amicable resolution through mutual discussion before pursuing legal proceedings in court.
